I needed a boot for doing chores in the horse barn and I hope these keep my feet warm, since every boot I've tried has not. I bought these in Sept. Our winter isn't here yet so I can't say if they will be worm or not but they are comfy. The arch support is nice, won't have to put insoles in them. I have plantar facia in both feet so I need arch support. I gave them a 4 because I don't know how worm they will be.
Update It's Dec. and snowing now. My toes still get cold but the support is important to me. I don't think I would spend that much money on another pair.
What a wonderfully versitile shoe! These pull-on boots are perfect for gardening, ranch and yard work yet, certainly fit the bill for short jaunts to the local market.
