I purchased these for my husband in size 9.5 3W. He has a very high instep and high arches and he has a very difficult time finding sandals that will fit. Most simply don't come in extra wide. Hush puppies are known for being comfortable and these are no exception. The leather is flexible and so is the sole. The inside is padded with a nice fabric that feels good on bare feet. Also, although it's difficult to see in the picture, the heel strap is also adjustable so you can get just the right fit. I highly recommend this sandal for anyone, but especially so if you are looking for wide widths.
I was looking for a wide, quality closed toe sandal. These hush puppies delivered. Didn't even need to break them in for comfort.
