Used this to repair some rips in my business chair arms. After a couple of applications it filled in and sealed over the rips in the arms of my business chair. A good affordable solution as a band aid to repair.

To call this Shoe Goo is a a bit of a disservice to this product. Yes, I have reattached soles to several pairs of shoes with this stuff, with the repair lasting for years. But another poster pointed out the shoe goo Japanese web site with additional tips for using and working with this product. Worth a look.

This material (I prefer the black) starts out somewhat sticky and thick and not a lot of structural rigidity, but can be easily formed and pushed with a wet finger or popsicle stick. Over the course of a day it hardens to a much sturdier form. I have used it for household repairs, insulating, waterproofing and bonding smaller items. It has a permanent place in my toolbox and I prefer it over any silico......
